Frank Joshi (Chairman)
Has been involved in high technology sales for the last 20 years, most recently he co-founded and owned Martex Communicators PLC a web B2B portal business which he sold to The Tarsus Group for £16.5M in 2000. He remained on the Tarsus board for two years managing the growth of the group business. Thereafter he was a technology consultant and major shareholder of OVUM (which carried out an IPO in 2006 and was sold to Datamonitor in 2007) and both an angel investor and NED in several technology businesses.
John Tate (Managing Director)
Started his career on the Unilever Management Training Scheme. He moved into finance roles and became Finance Director of a group of companies in the steel stockholding industry. After two years as Finance Director of a fashion business he started an IT company - Tate Bramald, which grew to over 130 staff and he sold this in 2002. John also founded an IT research and publishing business which focused on the business software market. Research clients included Microsoft, IBM, Oracle and SAP. He remained on the board of the acquiring company until 2004.
Gregory Lambert (Technical Director and founder)
For the past ten years has focused on application packaging and deployment, specialising in
MSI Installer technology. Starting out in the Financial Markets sector, Gregory assisted large
scale desktop and server deployments for Credit Suisse First Boston, Barclays, and HSBC.
Taking on the role of senior consultant at Camwood (application packaging specialist), he was eventually appointed Technology Director and became a major shareholder. During his time at Camwood, Gregory led the company to develop three unique streams of technology that facilitated the packaging process and led to significant increases in productivity as well as
created several new high-margin technology driven services. Greg left Camwood in 2005 and subsequently set-up ChangeBASE.
Grant Ford (Development Director)
Has over twenty years experience in all areas of software development and management processes, and has operated at the most senior levels in blue-chip organisations. After gaining a masters degree in IT he went to work for Oracle Corporation. He gained further experience with the likes of Glaxo Smithkline, KPMG and Deutsche Bank before moving on to Goldman Sachs where he was Vice President responsible for European development for the investment bank
and global head of testing.
Paul Jenkinson (Finance Director)
Qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Deloitte & Touche and then moved into corporate
finance and spent a number of years raising funds for early stage technology companies.
He then spent a further two years working on larger buy-outs, mergers and acquisitions and corporate disposals for private and public companies. Paul then became Finance Director of two quoted software companies.
Jim Andrews (Non-executive Director)
Is responsible for the development of the AOK brand and over-seeing the marketing & communications strategy and delivery. He has 40 years experience of advising global and
SME businesses on marketing and communication. He is currently a Director of Band - a marketing/communications consultancy. Clients Jim has worked extensively with include
IBM, BT and BMW.
