ChangeBASE AOK reveals record year for application migration and virtualisation projects”

London, 25th January 2010 – ChangeBASE AOK Limited, the global leader in automated application compatibility testing and remediation, today announces a record 2009, reporting increased market penetration and global customer growth that resulted in a sales increase of 500% on the previous year.

Following the launch of Windows 7, ChangeBASE has seen enterprise OS migration rates exceeding initial predictions. As a result, ChangeBASE AOK was used by more than 25 Fortune 1000 and FTSE 500 organisations in the last three months of the year. These ChangeBASE customers have over 5 million desktops in use worldwide. ChangeBASE estimates that AOK will save organisations upwards of £1,000 per desktop per year in management costs.

ChangeBASE AOK’s growth over the past year has also been boosted by the completion of several high-profile global partnerships, including deals with Getronics, CCS, ConverterTechnology, Microland and WIPRO. These partnerships mean that the ChangeBASE AOK software is now being used to test and fix enterprise applications worldwide.

ChangeBASE AOK has also re-engineered its award-winning AOK software interface to increase its scalability and efficiency. The largest project to date has involved working with over 12,000 unique applications with one client. The process of loading these applications into AOK and running a full set of reports and fixes was achieved in under a week.
